Boston Shows is a personal project by Solon Gordon, a Cambridge-based musician and software engineer. The aim is to list every upcoming live concert in the Boston area, with special attention given to small venues and local musicians. Hopefully this makes it easier for music fans to support their favorite people and places, and maybe even discover some new ones.

The site is generated on a daily basis by collecting concert listings from over a hundred venue websites, university calendars, ticket services, and local ensembles. I don't run ads or share any data with third-party services.

I also provide all the data behind this site in JSON format if you would like to use it to power your own project. Attribution to Boston Shows is always appreciated!
