Strand Theatre
City-owned Dorchester performing arts center in Upham's Corner, seating roughly 1,400 in a restored 1918 vaudeville palace. The Strand presents dance, music, theater, and film for multicultural Boston audiences.

The Strand is ADA compliant with an elevator to all seat levels, wheelchair and companion seating in the orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony, and upgraded accessible restrooms with baby-changing stations.
