Twelfth Baptist Church
Historic Baptist church in Roxbury with roots stretching back to Boston's First African Baptist Church. The congregation hosts Sunday worship, community programs, and cultural events in a landmark Warren Street sanctuary.
Accessibility
The main entrance has two stone steps; an accessible entrance to the right has staff before performances. The sanctuary is reachable by elevator from the first floor or three short staircases. Accessible seating in the sanctuary may be reserved in advance for performances. Accessible bathrooms and a reception area are on the first floor. Sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices are available for Vivo Performing Arts concerts on request; contact boxoffice@vivoperformingarts.org at least four weeks ahead.
